Thank you for joining the reusables revolution with Wisebox. We’re so glad you’re here. 

By using Wisebox you agree to the following conditions. 

 

Refunds

  • Restaurants are allowed choose how to provide a refund - either in cash or by credit/debit card. It is up to restaurants to determine which method, and may vary from location to location. Wisebox users agree to accept the refund as provided.

 

Your deposit and your Wisebox:

  • A deposit is required in exchange for each Wisebox that is received from a participating restaurant. This can be added to your bill.

  • When returning with a Wisebox to a restaurant, you are able to select one of three options:

    • You may exchange your Wisebox when ordering a meal. That meal will be places in a clean container, and the restaurant will take your used container.

    • You may request to receive your deposit back in full.

    • You may clean your container in advance and ask for your meal to be placed in it. 

  • If you break your box: You get 50% of your refund back.

  • If you lose your box: sorry. Hopefully someone finds it and puts it back into circulation. At this point we are unable to cover the cost of lost boxes, and you are not entitled to a refund.
